Points System Terms & Conditions (Promotion Period 1/9/2019 12.00am - 31/11/2019 11.59pm)
Customers can now earn points which can be used for purchasing items in store, online or through by phone for every purchases that is $100 or over not including shipping fees. (Points will be equivalent to 5% of the total purchase)
Customers will be able to redeem the points once it reaches 50 and points can be only used on their next purchase for items
In order to redeem the points customers will need to leave a buyers comment / email on what they would want and how many points they would want to spend so that we can process the orders on our side without any errors. When purchases are recorded, the remaining points will be saved or if the points is not enough customers will need to pay the remaining difference.
In order to check points please email with the email that has been used to accumalate points with your name and number.
The points can be used by only the same person with the same name and email address. The points is not transferable or lendable to others customers. We shall not take responsibility for lapsing the points due to loss or stolen.
The members shall agree to register their full details to our company, such as address, full name, telephone numbers, Email address, record of purchase and we strictly manage the customers’ information. Also in order to accumulate the points the same purchaser name and email must be used for each purchase.
If the email address / name is entered incorrectly registered, there could be a chance that the customer may not be able to accumulate or use the points.
Points not used within the promotion period will all be cancelled on the 31/11/2019 11.59pm.
We hold the rights to change and cancel the contents of this points program and regulations.
All customers in the points system shall be considered to have acknowledged this condition.
