Tattoo Warehouse is a professional tattoo supply company, Our shop is located in Penrose, Auckland. Shop is open from Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday closed. 

Viewing is always welcome, store address and phone number, please refer to our store Contact. All items will be tested before sending out to our customers to ensure everything is working perfectly.

If there is a problem, e.g. you receive the wrong item, or wrong size, colour etc then please contact us to get it sorted out at no cost to you. We don’t charge for return shipping.

Returns / Refunds

We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can. If you are not satisfied with our item,please contact us as soon as you get the item (in 24 hours) return is acceptable. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.Do not refund postage. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging. On receiving items, we will contact you immediately. Items could be EXCHANGED for other merchandise or store credit within 7 DAYS of purchase provided that the items are un-used and in good working order. STRICTLY NO CASH REFUNDS.
