We do our best to serve each customer the best that we can. If you are not satisfied with our item, please contact us as soon as you get the item (in 24 hours) return is acceptable. Merchandise that is damaged or missing components is not refundable. Do not refund postage. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging. On receiving items, we will contact you immediately. Items could be EXCHANGED for other merchandise or store credit within 7 DAYS of purchase provided that the items are un-used and in good working order. STRICTLY NO CASH REFUNDS.
