Age Verification Policy
Important: Tattoo equipment can only be sold to persons 18 years of age or older. We may request proof of age verification—please don't be offended, as this is a legal requirement we take seriously.
For first-time customers using credit card payment, we will email you requesting a form of ID for security and age verification purposes. The name on the order must match the name on the ID. If verification cannot be completed, we will refund your order and offer alternative payment methods such as bank transfer or Afterpay.
Quality Assurance
Every item is tested before dispatch to ensure it's working perfectly. All products come with our standard 3 months warranty unless a longer period is stated.

We understand that mistakes can happen—if you receive the wrong item, size, or color, please contact us immediately and we'll sort it out at no cost to you. We don't charge for return shipping on our errors.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.
Exchange & Store Credit: Items may be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in good working order.
Important Conditions:
- Strictly no cash refunds
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Damaged or incomplete items are not eligible for a refund
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging
