Shipping Policy
How Long Does Shipping Take?
All orders are shipped via NZ Couriers once payment has been received. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days.
Typical delivery timeframes:

North Island: 1 working day

South Island: 2–3 working days

Rural addresses: Up to 5 working days
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working/business day.
Payments made via internet banking over the weekend will typically appear in our account on Tuesday, and your order will be processed after that.
All deliveries require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, overnight or Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed. If you need something urgently, please give us a call — we’re happy to help where we can.
What If I'm Not Home to Sign for My Order?
If no one is available at the time of delivery, NZ Couriers will leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or pickup from your local depot.

Where Is My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I Ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, NZ Couriers does not deliver to PO Boxes, as all parcels require a physical address and signature upon delivery.
Please contact us if you need help arranging a suitable delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 working days, let us know immediately so we can follow up with NZ Couriers.
It’s much easier to trace and resolve courier issues within a few days of shipping than several weeks later.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship to Australia and other countries via DHL Express, providing reliable and fast international delivery.
We accept international payments via PayPal and bank transfer.
