At Tattoo Warehouse, we strive to provide the best service and quality products to every customer. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully:

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in good working order.

  • Strictly no cash refunds will be given.

Conditions

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing components will not be eligible for return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you promptly to arrange the exchange or store credit.

First-Time Orders & ID Verification

For first-time customers paying via PayPal, we may require a valid photo ID for security and age verification, in line with our store policy.

  • The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

  • If verification cannot be completed, the order will be refunded, and payment can be made via bank transfer or Afterpay instead.
