If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.

Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in good working order.

Strictly no cash refunds will be given.
Conditions

Items that are damaged, used, or missing components will not be eligible for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you promptly to arrange the exchange or store credit.
First-Time Orders & ID Verification
For first-time customers paying via PayPal, we may require a valid photo ID for security and age verification, in line with our store policy.

The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

If verification cannot be completed, the order will be refunded, and payment can be made via bank transfer or Afterpay instead.
