To comply with legal requirements, tattoo equipment and supplies are sold exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over. We may kindly ask for proof of age during purchase or delivery. Please don’t take offense—this is a standard practice to ensure responsible and safe sales.

Tattoo Warehouse is the official authorized dealer and distributor of Intenze, World Famous, Mast Pro, Dragonhawk, and Painful Pleasures products in New Zealand.

Established in 2009, Tattoo Warehouse has been a trusted and professional tattoo supply company based in Penrose, Auckland, for over 15 years.

Our physical store is open:

  • Monday to Friday: 10am – 4pm

  • Saturday: 10am – 4pm

  • Sunday: Closed

Product Quality & Warranty

All equipment and products are tested prior to dispatch to ensure they are in perfect working condition.

We provide a standard 3-month warranty on all items unless otherwise specified.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only, provided the items are unused and in good working order.

  • Merchandise that is damaged, used, or missing components is not eligible for return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

  • Upon receipt of returned items, we will contact you promptly to arrange an exchange or store credit.

  • Strictly no cash refunds.

First-Time Orders & Payment Verification

For first-time customers paying by credit card through PayPal, we require a valid photo ID to verify security and ensure age compliance.

The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

If we are unable to complete ID verification, the order will be refunded, and payment will need to be made via bank transfer or Afterpay.
