Store Credits Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Tattoo Warehouse NZ Ltd Store Credits Reward Program! To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review our policy below before participating:

1. How to Earn Store Credits

  • 5% Reward Program: For any single transaction where the subtotal exceeds $100 NZD (excluding shipping fees and discounts), you will earn 5% back in Store Credits based on the actual amount spent (e.g., spend $120 NZD to earn $6 NZD in credits).

  • Exclusion During Storewide Sales: Store Credits will NOT be issued or accumulated on any orders placed during storewide sales, promotional events, or when storewide discount codes are applied.

  • Credit Issuance (Post-Shipment): Store Credits will be calculated after your order has been officially fulfilled and shipped. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the system to process and automatically release the credits to your customer account.

2. Usage & Restrictions

  • No Minimum Spend: There is no minimum purchase requirement to redeem your Store Credits. You may apply any amount of your available balance to your order.

  • Tax & Shipping Inclusive: Store Credits can be redeemed to cover the total order value including GST (15%) and shipping fees at checkout.

  • Redeemable During Sales: While you cannot earn new credits during promotional events, you are fully welcome to use your previously accumulated Store Credits to pay for discounted orders.

  • Non-Mergeable and Non-Transferable: Store Credits are non-transferable and tied exclusively to the original account that earned them. If a customer holds multiple or separate accounts, credits from different accounts cannot be combined, merged, or transferred.

  • No Expiration for Active Accounts (12-Month Purchase Clause): Store Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. For the purpose of this program, "active" is strictly defined as having a purchase history. If a customer account shows no purchase activity for a continuous period of 12 months, the account will be deemed inactive, and any remaining Store Credits balance will be permanently cancelled and forfeited.

  • Account Deactivation/Cancellation: If a customer voluntarily requests to close, delete, or deactivate their account, all remaining Store Credits associated with that account will be automatically forfeited and voided. Credits cannot be recovered or cashed out.

  • Online Shopping Only: Store Credits can only be redeemed for purchases made on the official Tattoo Warehouse NZ Ltd online store.

3. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Order Cancellations: Since Store Credits are processed only after shipment, if an order is cancelled prior to being shipped (either requested by the customer or cancelled by our system due to stock unavailability), the pending credits for that order will be voided and will not be credited to your account.

  • Faulty Items (Under the Consumer Guarantees Act - CGA): If a product is returned due to a manufacturing fault, defect, or failure to meet statutory guarantees under the New Zealand CGA, your original monetary payment will be refunded, and any Store Credits used for that specific purchase will be fully reinstated to your account.

  • Change of Mind Returns: If a return for a refund is requested due to personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, incorrect choice), the portion of the order paid using Store Credits will be permanently forfeited and cancelled. Only the actual monetary amount paid will be eligible for a refund. Any credits previously earned from the shipped purchase will also be deducted from your account balance.

  • Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative product of equal value, any Store Credits used on the original purchase will be preserved and applied to the exchange order.

4. Amendments & Discretion

  • Policy Modifications: Tattoo Warehouse NZ Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this Store Credits Reward Program and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

  • Final Discretion: Tattoo Warehouse NZ Ltd reserves the right of final decision regarding eligibility, credit balance calculations, potential abuse of the program, and any matters not explicitly covered in this policy. All determinations will be based on Tattoo Warehouse NZ Ltd's official website system records.
